Welcome to the B-CONNECT FRTA LTD WiFi Network. You agree to comply with the following terms and conditions by accessing and using this network. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our WiFi network, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, you should not use this service.

2. User Eligibility

The Wi-Fi network provided by b-connect is exclusively available to customers of participating food and beverage establishments. To access and use our Wi-Fi service, you must be a patron of one of these participating venues.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Customer Status: You must be a verified customer at a location where b-connect’s Wi-Fi service is operational. This verification may involve checking in at the venue or accessing the network through the establishment's unique code or login.

  2. Location Access: The service is only accessible within the premises of our participating food and beverage partners. 

  3. Terms of Use: By connecting to the bConnect Wi-Fi network, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by both b-connect and the participating venue. This includes adhering to any additional guidelines or restrictions the venue imposes regarding using the Wi-Fi service.

  4. Service Availability: b-connect reserves the right to limit or terminate access to the Wi-Fi service based on compliance with these eligibility criteria and any other operational requirements or issues.


3. Registration and Use

To access the Wi-Fi network provided by bConnect, you need to follow a structured registration and login process through our captive portal. This process ensures that only eligible users can connect, and we can provide a secure and reliable service.

Steps for Registration and Use:

  1. Access the Captive Portal:

    • When you enter a participating venue that offers b-connect Wi-Fi, your device will automatically detect the available network called “Free Wi-Fi (Powered by b Wi-Fi). Connect to the network, and your device will redirect you to our captive portal page.

  1. Complete the Login Process:

  1. Information Submission: On the captive portal, you will be prompted to provide specific information to complete the registration. 

  1. Agreement to Terms:

  1. Review and Accept Terms: Before gaining access to the Wi-Fi network, you must review and accept our terms and conditions. This includes agreeing to our usage policies and any specific guidelines set forth by the participating venue.

  2. Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. 

  1. Network Access:

  1. Successful Login: After registration, you will be granted access to the WiFi network, and your device will automatically connect.

  2. Session Management: The venue may set time limits or data usage policies. Log out properly to avoid issues with future access.

  1. Ongoing Compliance:

  1. Adherence to Policies: When using the WiFi, follow all applicable terms and venue-specific rules. Non-compliance may result in loss of access.

4. Prohibited Activities

While using the WiFi network, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities.

  • Distribute or share malicious software.

  • Access, download, or distribute any obscene or inappropriate content.

  • Engage in any form of harassment or disruption.

  • Use the network for any commercial purposes without authorisation.

  • Attempt to bypass or breach any security or firewall measures implemented by the network.

5. Liability for Illegal Activity

You are solely responsible for any illegal activities conducted through your connection to the WiFi network.  B-CONNECT FRTA LTD disclaims all liability for any unlawful actions performed by users of this network. You agree to indemnify and hold B-CONNECT FRTA LTD harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from your illegal WiFi network use.

6. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. However, by using this network, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We may collect and store certain information about your device and usage to improve the service.

  • We may share your data with the participating businesses to enhance your experience and for promotional purposes.

  • We may share your data with trusted third parties who provide services on our behalf, such as network providers and firewall operators, under strict confidentiality agreements.

7. Network Security

We work with reputable firewall and network providers to ensure the security of our network. However, you acknowledge that using the WiFi network involves risks, including but not limited to data interception by unauthorised parties. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your device and data.

8. Limitation of Liability

B-CONNECT FRTA LTD is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your WiFi network use. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for data loss or unauthorised access to your device.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and high-quality service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the WiFi network. The service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other issues due to factors such as network provider performance and firewall configurations.

Bconnect does not guarantee your access to any sites for using the service or assure that the Service will remain available on any particular website.

Some partners may block specific website addresses (also known as URLs). If you attempt to access a blocked URL, the service will prevent access to that website. However, you can still access other websites during your internet session.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the WiFi network after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed following the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
